What is the best way to store my cookies?

Our cookies are baked super fresh and we would recommend you eat them on the day of arrival, to enjoy them at their best using our reheat instructions. Place the cookies in a preheated oven at 170C for 2-3 mins or until warmed through.

If you don’t want to eat them on the day, we would recommend freezing your cookies on the day of arrival. To reheat, place the cookies in a preheated oven at 170C for 4 minutes or microwave for 15-20 seconds until warm and gooey.

Your cookies can be kept frozen for up to 2 months. Cookies may be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Exposure to air is what makes them dry and too hard.

What about allergens?

Our cookies may include: dairy, eggs, soya, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame. Our cookies are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes eggs, peanuts, tree nuts and wheat.

We don't individually bake each cookie, so they will come into contact with one another during production. This means that there may be a transfer of allergens.

Do you offer any refunds?

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, as well as a correct phone number for contact.

Baketime Story cannot accept responsibility for missed deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no one available to accept the delivery. If you are ordering for a special occasion, you may like to consider ordering them to arrive a day earlier to avoid disappointment.
